Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
The Smallest Detail offers free standard shipping on all orders. All non-custom orders will be shipped within 2-5 BUSINESS days (sometimes sooner) of being received. Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. The time will vary and will be negotiated with the purchaser when the order is placed. We currently only ship within the Continental United States.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have them re-shipped to the correct address.
Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we, unfortunately, are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us within one week of receiving it at hello@the-smallest-detail.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.
Due to the nature of purchasing items in small batches, all of your products are subject to change based upon availability. If one of the products in our boxes is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
