HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

The Smallest Detail offers free standard shipping on all orders. All non-custom orders will be shipped within 2-5 BUSINESS days (sometimes sooner) of being received. Custom orders will be ordered upon completion. The time will vary and will be negotiated with the purchaser when the order is placed. We currently only ship within the Continental United States.  

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have them re-shipped to the correct address. 

Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we, unfortunately, are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.  HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

All boxes are shipped from Maryland via UPS or USPS.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time our gift boxes are only able to ship to the continental US.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.                                                                          

EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us within one week of receiving it at hello@the-smallest-detail.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.

Due to the nature of purchasing items in small batches, all of your products are subject to change based upon availability. If one of the products in our boxes is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. 

CUSTOM GIFTS

We do offer custom individual or group boxes. Please see the custom section of our website or reach out to us at hello@the-smallest-detail.com so we can discuss your needs.

WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR GIFT BOXES?

All of our gift boxes are packaged in a brown kraft-colored box with paper shreds inside. Each box is adorned with our logo sticker. If you would like to incorporate your own logo or branding, please reach out to us so we can discuss your needs.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM GROUP GIFTS (SUCH AS CORPORATE, WEDDING, CELEBRATION)?

We love curating custom group gifts and are happy to create a gift that best reflects what you need for your event or occasion!
